The Process
If inquiring for a wedding or special event, here’s what to expect after you get in touch with us.
Once you submit an inquiry through our website, you will receive our services and rate packet. You let us know what you are interested in from there, and we can optionally set up a complimentary consultation call to discuss your vision and inspiration.
1 discovery
After we chat, a custom proposal will be created for you with estimated pricing. Once you agree with the proposal contents, you can immediately review and sign the contract and submit a deposit. A signed contract and 25% deposit officially reserves our services for your date.
2 proposal
We will finalize the services you are interested in 8 weeks prior to your event. Once finalized, you will be sent a questionnaire to indicate your wording and design preferences. You will have the option to set up a design meeting with us to review the digital mockups, or approve via email.
3 design
4 delivery
Your stationery and signage is ready! We will coordinate shipping, pick-up, or delivery. Be sure to share photos with us so we can see how everything looked on your special day!
